We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content are completely accurate or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

Order Process

All orders are placed through WhatsApp communication:

Add products to your cart on our website
Click the WhatsApp button to send your order details
Confirm your order, shipping address, and payment details via WhatsApp
We will confirm order acceptance and provide estimated delivery time

Order Acceptance

An order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Payment Methods

Payment details will be shared with you via WhatsApp after order confirmation. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, UPI, and cash on delivery (where available). Payment must be received before order processing and shipment.

Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products (candles and chocolates), we have a limited return policy:

Damaged or Defective Products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
Wrong Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Quality Issues: Must be reported within 48 hours with supporting evidence

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used or partially consumed
Products without original packaging
Customized or personalized items
Items on sale or clearance

Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp to request a cancellation.

Product Care and Usage

Candles

Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
Burn on a heat-resistant surface
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

Chocolates

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Best consumed within the expiry date provided
May contain allergens - check ingredient list before consuming
Not suitable for individuals with specific dietary restrictions unless specified

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product names, and designs, is the property of The Nat Veda and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nat Veda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
