We currently ship to most locations across India. Delivery availability and timelines may vary based on your location.

  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Express Delivery

Need your order faster? We offer express delivery to select metro cities.

Order Processing

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During festive seasons or special promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package in real-time.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation message on WhatsApp immediately after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. This includes your order details and estimated delivery date.

Every order from The Nat Veda is packaged with care to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition:

Candles

  • Placed in sturdy boxes with cushioning
  • Fragile stickers for careful handling

Chocolates

  • Temperature-controlled packaging
  • Insulated materials to prevent melting
  • Ice packs included during summer months

Special Considerations

Summer Shipping (March - June)

During hot weather, we take extra precautions with chocolate orders. Shipments may be delayed to ensure products don't melt in transit. We recommend choosing express delivery for chocolate orders during summer months.

Holiday Season

During festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, etc.), order volumes increase significantly. We recommend placing orders 7-10 days in advance to ensure timely delivery. Processing and shipping times may be extended during these periods.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2-3 delivery attempts. Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the package
  • Your phone number is correct and reachable
  • Your delivery address is complete and accurate
  • Alternative contact details are provided if needed

Issues with Delivery?

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately:

  • Package damaged or tampered with
  • Items missing from your order
  • Products arrived in poor condition
  • Delivery delayed beyond estimated time
  • Unable to track your order

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographs if applicable. We will work quickly to resolve any problems.

International Shipping
